AEROSPACE ENGINEERING

COURSE SUMMARY

Aerospace Engineering is one of the branch engineering courses that students can take after taking Principles of Engineering (the other courses are Civil Engineering and Digital Electronics). As I hope is very evident throughout this portfolio, I have loved aerospace engineering since middle school, which is why I chose AE instead of any of the other branch options. In this class, I expanded my understanding of space flight as well as atmospheric travel, by trying my hands at projects such as creating an airfoil, launching a model rocket, and perceiving the similarities and differences between various propulsion systems.
