WHAT IS ISM?

Students focus their independent study on a topic or career of their choice. Over the course of the year, they develop a research portfolio that has a collection of resources encompassing the ongoings of their study. Students refine various skills, such as conducting research, time management, communication, goal setting for project completion, and presentation skills in this academically rigorous course. Students work with mentors at their place of business to gain “real world” experience and prepare for their future careers.
